Canadian rock duo The Blue Stones have announced the release of their new single, “Your Master.” While fans are eager for more, no new album announcement has been made yet.

The Blue Stones are a Canadian rock duo formed in 2011 in Windsor, Ontario, by childhood friends Tarek Jafar (vocals, guitar) and Justin Tessier (drums). Known for their powerful blend of blues rock and alternative, the band started gaining attention with their 2015 independent release, Black Holes. Their unique sound, featuring gritty guitar riffs and energetic drum lines, caught the ear of major labels, leading to a re-release of Black Holes in 2018 under eOne Music.

The duo’s follow-up album, Hidden Gems (2021), further solidified their place in the rock scene, earning them widespread acclaim and charting success. Over the years, The Blue Stones have developed a reputation for their electrifying live performances, touring extensively across North America and Europe. They’ve been influenced by iconic bands like Led Zeppelin and The Black Keys, while also forging a distinct sound of their own. With each release, the band continues to grow their fanbase and push the boundaries of modern rock music.
