Lambrini Girls hit the UK punk scene in 2020, bringing chaotic energy, sharp wit, and a DIY attitude to sweaty venues and festival stages. The Brighton trio quickly gained a reputation for their no-holds-barred performances and biting humour. Before dropping Who Let The Dogs Out?, they kept fans hooked with EPs and singles like Help Me, I’m Gay (2022), setting the stage for their debut.
The album opens with Bad Apple, a fiery track that sets the tone with razor-sharp riffs and blistering lyrics. It’s followed by Company Culture and Big Dick Energy, both packed with punk urgency and clever digs at modern life. Tracks like No Homo and Scarcity Is Fake (communist propaganda) prove the band’s knack for turning frustration into shout-along anthems, laced with sarcasm and wit.
But it’s not all humour. Filthy Rich Nepo Baby takes aim at privilege, while You’re Not From Around Here hits back at exclusion and gatekeeping. The title track, Who Let The Dogs Out?, pulls everything together in a defiant anthem for anyone who’s ever felt pushed aside. It’s raw, rebellious, and brimming with solidarity.
The production keeps things simple and immediate—this isn’t about polish. Guitars snarl, drums pound, and vocals swing between snarls and melodic hooks. Tracks like Nothing Tastes As Good As It Feels and Special Different stick to this stripped-down approach, making the whole album feel alive and urgent. It all ends with Cuntology 101, a chaotic, perfectly unhinged finale.
At under 30 minutes, the album is short but doesn’t waste a second. Lambrini Girls don’t try to be anything they’re not, and that’s exactly what makes this debut land so hard. It’s direct, loud, and full of personality—a sharp reminder that punk’s still got plenty to say.
